This is my adaptation of “Black Swan” (2010) as a dark fantasy feature animation showing the consequences of overworking yourself to the point of insanity. It teaches us to nurture ourselves, our relationships, and our perceptions of competition to flourish and reach our full potential healthily.
My Role: I designed the Main Character Line-Up, Props, and Style Frames with Preliminary Sketches!

A fancy bar by day and an absolute rager by night! At this popular jazz club, many colourful clubbers ignore the “Out of Order” restroom sign, making way for all of their deligfully degenerate acts
My Role: As the Prop Lead, I designed 40+ props, like graffiti, posters, and signage, to fill the space. Below, you can see the props individually and in their environments. I found this collection so fun to work on as it was all about playing with the brighter colour palette and seeing how worn, vandalised, and grimy the bar could transform into overnight through the props alone!

Papa is thrown into the chaos of India's war and must fight through a perilous, morally testing journey to come home to his daughter.
PĀPA is my ongoing personal film, it was inspired by my Grandfather's experiences during India's 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots. It is a very meaningful story to me and my culture. The Art Direction follows a Lotte Reiniger Paper-Cut-Out and Cartoon Saloon approach. I wanted a bold colour palette, with more stylised and symbolic violence to make the story more digestible and poetic.
My Role: As the Director, I concepted the Story and Art Direction. I designed the Colour Script, Style Frame, 4 Main Characters, 49 Background Layouts, and the Animatic across 20 weeks.
